This day is dedicated to Oman’s rich cultural heritage. The first stop is Jabreen castle which was built in the 17th century and is one of the finest of its kind. Its magnificent plasterwork, the carved doors, and the painted wooden beams of the ceiling make this castle amazingly different.
Next, head to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bahla Fort, it is one of the oldest small towns of Oman which in the 12th century was the capital for the tribe living in the region. You will take some phots for the beautiful fort. Ending the day by visiting Nizwa Fort, a castle with a huge cylindrical tower built in the 17th century to defend the city’s position on a major trade route.
